 Respect Camping is a unique camping experience, offering an oasis of calm within the festival experience! To access space you must book up through the ticket page, and read the following terms and conditions and agree to them.

RESPECT CAMPING

Terms and Conditions

To reserve space in the Respect Campsite you must agree that you will take your tent and your entire belongings home with you after the festival. If you do not wish to agree to this, you cannot book a space within the Respect camping field.

The following terms and conditions together with your online booking reference from the Respect Campsite, form the agreement between your entire party and Respect (us) (“the Agreement”).

You may only make a booking for one tent for yourself and your immediate party. No duplicate bookings are allowed. Any bookings deemed to be duplicates will be cancelled and tickets voided.

If you have been charged an Admin Fee of £20 (plus booking fees) for changing any element of your booking with us, please note that, as stated at the time of purchasing, that this is a non-refundable charge.

1.1 You agree to treat our staff, other users of the campsite and other individuals at the festival with respect at all times. Should you, in the opinion of our field manager, fail to do so or fail to carry out the agreed responsibilities above or display any abusive, disrespectful or anti-social behaviour of any kind we reserve the right to remove you immediately from the Respect campsite and prevent you from booking in the future.

The Event

2.1 The Festival(s) in which you book your space in the Respect Campsite are not owned or operated by us and we have no responsibility towards you for any part of the Event other than the Respect Campsite.

2.2 You must follow all rules and regulations as laid down by us, the festival and event including any put in place at short notice for your safety and the safety of others.

2.3 We are not responsible for the actions of any individuals attending an Event nor any effect that  those actions may have on your enjoyment of the festival or the Respect campsite.

2.4 Booking a space in the Respect campsite does not include a ticket for the event itself – you must have purchased a valid ticket for the event before booking into the Respect campsite.

Liability

3.1 We are not liable to you under any circumstances for any loss or damage to your property or theft of any kind. Please do not leave any valuables whether in your in the tent(s) or otherwise,  unattended at any time. Whilst we provide stewards and the festival provides security, we offer no guarantee of safety for your belongings whatsoever.

3.2 Our total liability including the liability of our agents, subcontractors and employees in respect of any Services or Equipment provided to you will (except in relation to personal injury or death caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees or agents) be limited to the amount paid for your booking.

3.3 You accept that the limitations of our liability set out above are reasonable in all the circumstances. Nothing in these terms will limit or exclude our liability to you for death or personal injury arising as a result of our negligence or the negligence of our employees or agents.
